We're searching for motivated, hands-on Team Leader who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading hardworking teams.
- Roster: Wednesday - Saturday (4pm to 2am)
- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and motivate a a team of 5-7 operators
- Maintain food safety and quality standards
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support
- Collaborate across departments to achieve targets
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in a similar role within FMCG
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred)
- A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment I
