Timbermill is a custom fabrication and event hire studio based in Marrickville, NSW.
We design and build brand activations, retail fit-outs and event spaces.
We also run a hire collection of furniture, bars and carts that brands book, and often customise, for launches and events across Sydney.
Founded in 2013, we're a small team working out of our Marrickville warehouse and workshop.
We're growing our hire team and looking for an Account Manager to join us in looking after the hire bookings for brands, agencies and event clients, from the first enquiry to delivery.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with a positive attitude and a willingness to work across multiple jobs with a diverse range of clients.
A passion for events and interiors is essential.
Key responsibilities include
Being a point of contact for hire clients and suppliers by email and phone, and in our warehouse and office.
Preparing hire quotes, orders and invoices, and keeping bookings accurate in our hire system.
Working with brands on customised hire, such as painted pieces and branded signage, and coordinating it with our workshop.
Drafting the daily rentals run sheet and delivery and collection schedule, and working closely with our production team to ensure seamless execution of jobs and installations.
Coordinating the schedule of our delivery crew and casuals, alongside our other Account Manager.
Looking after 'Level One', the small co-wi ng space within our warehouse: tenants, meeting rooms and supplies.
Supporting the day-to-day running of our office and warehouse.
Experience in hire, events, hospitality or client service is preferred.
This role can be 4 days a week or full-time for the right person.
The role is based from our Marrickville warehouse.
