Responsibilities include driving revenue growth by promoting advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners. The Client Solutions Team at TikTok nurtures accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful eCommerce campaign execution while managing post-sale client relationships.
- Analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and improve our Commerce product and program offerings.
- Share eCommerce industry and marketplace feedback to guide our advertising strategy.
- Support and partner with the sales team on presale research, media planning, and pitching.
- Serve as internal and external ShopAds product consultant to educate on product solutions and best practices.
- Proactively lead product update discussions and work with cross-functional teams to upskill internal teams' expertise on ShopAds.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing/eCommerce.
- Experience in managing performance clients or agencies with a deep understanding of their challenges.
- Proficient in campaign management, setup, and optimisation.
- Understanding of measurement tools like MMP, pixel implementation, and basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in Excel.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
