Nail Carer (Aged & Disability support) in Sale

We are looking a new team member with the following skills to undertake our supportive training process:

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.

High attention to detail.

Strong communication and social skills.

Strong time management skills (able to create your own schedule).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide routine nail care of the hands and feet (attending to personal hygiene needs).

Visually assess client’s feet and lower legs for possible issues.

Communicate with clients in a professional & supportive manner.

Schedule appointments with clients.

Travel between client residences (must have own vehicle - km allowance included with pay)

Provide accurate & timely reporting that clearly identify clients attended, services provided and any issues or concerns.

Tidy Toes' Nail Carer role is a personal care service attending to the nail care needs of the Aged & Disability communities.

Our core functions are trimming and filing nails, attending non pathological calluses and corns and applying moisturiser with light massage. All in our client's homes. But we are also so much more!

While we attend our clients nail care needs we chin wag, we assess for other needs or risk factors, and we do our best to leave our clients feeling both cared for and connected to their community.

Tidy Toes prioritises a holistic approach to client care by providing nail care in a manner that is attentive, social and unhurried.
