The Role

We’re looking for an experienced in-house recruiter to lead the candidate experience at TEG. Partnering with our HRBPs, you’ll run end-to-end recruitment, shape our talent strategy and raise the standard of communication, transparency and engagement at every stage of the hiring journey.

Outcomes to Deliver

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of vacancies, from role scoping and job ad production through to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to build clear role overviews, define selection criteria and agree on timelines.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct search, networks, referrals and talent pooling, to reduce reliance on agency spend.
  • Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to inform hiring and offer decisions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in our ATS and report on key metrics, including time to hire, source of hire and diversity outcomes.
  • Contribute to employer branding, careers page content and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and manager enablement resources.

Capabilities to Bring

  • Approximately five years of in-house and/or agency recruitment experience, including generalist hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • A genuine passion for service and an instinct for how communication makes people feel.
  • A track record of building credibility with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Strong sourcing capability, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a natural, professional tone.
  • Experience with an ATS (we use Workable) and comfort working with data and reporting.
  • A genuine commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience hiring across APAC, or within live entertainment, ticketing, media or agency environments, is advantageous but not essential.

  • A global stage: Headquartered in Sydney with offices across seven countries and four continents, working alongside some of the biggest names in Australian and international live entertainment.
  • Flexibility: Hybrid and flexible working, with flexible hours where your role allows.
  • Parental leave for everyone: Paid leave for primary caregivers regardless of gender, with real support returning to work.
  • Leave, your way: Annual leave plus extras like birthday leave and purchase leave.
  • Your backstage crew: Confidential support via our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), including career coaching for you and your family, plus free flu vaccinations.
  • Giving back: One paid volunteer day a year to support our community.
