Manufacturing Assembly Assistant / Toy Maker

Job Description: We are seeking a creative, hard-working individual to join our team as a “Toy Maker”. The ideal candidate is someone who loves to work with their hands, enjoys detailed work, and can operate power tools with confidence and preferably a decent amount of trade experience. As a Toy Maker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that involve using hand tools, welding, stitching, screwing, and other skills that require a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Create and assemble high-quality flow toys
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools and drop saws
- Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining consistent quality
- Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship
- Assist with inventory management and organization
Qualifications:
- Experience working with power tools
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Hours: 30-38 hrs a week.
Starting: We are looking for someone to start immediately for training and onboarding.
