LABOURER REQUIRED – NEWCASTLE

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Fit-Out Labourer to join a project based in Newcastle.
The successful candidate will be assisting the shopfitting team with general labouring duties, helping to move materials, unload deliveries and ensure the site runs smoothly throughout the fit-out.
Duties will include:
- Carrying and distributing plasterboard and other building materials around the site.
- Unloading deliveries and moving materials into the correct areas.
- Assisting shopfitters and other tradespeople with day-to-day tasks.
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and free from waste.
- Moving equipment and materials as required.
- Helping maintain a safe and organised working environment.
- Following instructions from site management and adhering to health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous construction or shopfitting labouring experience preferred.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full PPE.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and carrying boards.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Strong references preferred.
