The Role:
- Prepare detailed written advice on strata and property disputes and legal proceedings.
- Assist with litigation matters in tribunals and courts in NSW, including preparing evidence and pleadings.
- Work closely with senior staff.
- Work in a fast-moving practice with regular repeat work.
- Communicate frequently and effectively with stakeholders, including strata managers and experts.
Key Skills/Experience: The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Have 2-4 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution.
- Experience in strata and property disputes is highly desirable.
- The ability to communicate effectively and in plain-English.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and manage competing priorities.
- Strong drafting, analytical and research skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Practical and client-focused problem-solving skills.
Remuneration: Remuneration will be commensurate with experience. We are also committed to reviewing remuneration, at least annually.
