We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our maintenance team at our Stawell processing facility in regional Victoria, approximately 235 km west of Melbourne.
About the Role
Located in the heart of the beautiful Grampians region, our Stawell facility offers an exciting opportunity to join a passionate, diverse and supportive team.

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will play an important hands‑on role in maintaining the reliability, performance and ongoing operation of all plant and equipment across the facility.
Working as part of our proactive, can‑do maintenance team, you will utilise your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues and respond to equipment breakdowns.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least five years' experience as a Mechanical Fitter, preferably within an industrial maintenance environment. Experience as a Boilermaker, Welder or Machinist will also be considered.
- Strong fabrication and welding skills.
- Broad mechanical knowledge and experience working with industrial machinery.
- Well‑developed fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
