The Role
As a Driver, you’ll be responsible for preparing and packing stock at our Central Kitchen in Rosebery, NSW, loading and unloading produce, and conducting multi-drop deliveries to our restaurants across NSW. You’ll start and finish your shift from our Central Kitchen. The shift will run from 10pm-4am.
Skills and experience
- Be an excellent driver with a valid NSW drivers licence
- Be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Have multi-drop experience (preferred)
- Have outstanding time management and communication skills
- Characteristics reflective of THISBOWL’s ethos: self-motivated, positivity, service-oriented, flexible, and ethical with a high degree of integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with our Central Kitchen team
- Pack orders of freshly prepared produce
- Deliver to our restaurants across the state
- Understand and uphold strict food safety standards
- Unpack deliveries into organised refrigerators
- Role model and reinforce THISBOWL’s people and culture standards.

The Interview Process
- Initial pre-screen call with our Recruitment team (10-15 min)
- Paid trial with one of our Logistics leaders – shadowing a delivery and understanding the route
- Reference checks and move to offer.
