The Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing one of our restaurants, supporting an incredible team, and growing the THISBOWL brand with us. You’ll lead Restaurant Supervisors and Mixers to deliver delicious food and exceptional customer experiences every time.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to your Operations Manager or Area Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of your restaurant, working with restaurant team members (who we call ‘Mixers’) and Restaurant Supervisors to coordinate restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing financial performance. You’ll be expected to:
- Role model and reinforce THISBOWL’s people and culture standards
- Understand and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growth.
