THISBOWL is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to be the voice between our customers and the THISBOWL brand.
You’ll respond across all channels, ensuring guests feel heard and connected, while sharing timely feedback with the team.
Reporting to the Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll support our team across Australia, work at least 2 days per week, and help turn disgruntled guests into our biggest fans with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
