Customer Care Assistant in Brisbane

The Role

As a Customer Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in being the voice between our customers and THISBOWL. You’ll be responsible for responding to customer communications across all channels, ensuring every guest feels heard, valued, and connected to the brand. It’s your job to deliver exceptional support, share timely feedback and insights with the team, and help turn even our most disgruntled guests into our biggest fans.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting our Customer Care team across Australia. You will work a minimum of 2 days per week with the potential to increase your hours.

You’ll Be Expected To:

• Provide above and beyond communication with our customers so they feel heard and more connected to the brand
• Respond to all inbound customer communications across THISBOWL
• Keep the restaurant team informed by delivering timely feedback when relevant
• Gather and share insights to help us understand what our customers love about THISBOWL and where we need to improve
• Role model and reinforce THISBOWL’s people and culture standards
• Convert disgruntled guests into our biggest fans!

The Interview Process

• 2nd round interview with the hiring manager – diving deeper into your experience and the scope of the role (in person – 30 minutes)
