The role:
- Rails, panels, roof work, safe roof access, site setup/pack down
- Work alongside electricians and leading hands to hit quality + time targets
- Keep sites tidy, safe, and customer-ready
What we're looking for:
- Solar / roofing / labouring experience (any is considered)
- Minimum 1 year of solar, roofing, or labouring experience required
- Confident with power tools, reliable, team-first
- White Card + driver's licence
- Full unrestricted driver's licence required
- Working at Heights (preferred, or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Overtime/penalties available (great for weekly take-home)
- Long-term role with a national brand and a consistent pipeline of work
- Training and a real pathway to leadership for the right person
