We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to supervise a small group of seasoned yard hands. Aglime Fertilisers is a quality-focussed agricultural lime fertiliser company on the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales. We are 100% Australian owned and operated, and we have been a part of the community since 1938.

A fantastic opportunity exists for a reliable, hands-on leader with manufacturing and loader experience. Relevant backgrounds could include manufacturing, quarrying, concrete/precast, feed, fertiliser, building products, fabrication, landscape supplies, packaging or similar practical industrial production.
This position comes with the benefits and security that a permanent job in a well-established, safety focussed and well run company can provide. This is a genuinely hands-on factory-floor role. You will spend most of your day working alongside the team — operating plant and equipment, bagging product, solving problems and keeping production moving — while also planning and allocating work, supervising the team throughout the day and ensuring jobs are followed through.
A driver’s licence and own transport to work is necessary for this position. Team leadership, Forklift and front end loader experience are mandatory.
