Thermawood is seeking a Team Leader to run our Melbourne install crew on retrofit projects across Victoria. The role focuses on residential work with timber sashes and heritage joinery, delivering quality, precise installs rather than quick turnover.
Training starts day one, and leadership growth is rewarded with no wage cap for top performers. You’ll manage a small crew, own the install process, and ensure customer sign-off.
