About Us
At Therapy Talks, we are a well-established paediatric speech pathology clinic since 2014 supporting children to build the skills they need for a confident and successful start to school and throughout the early years of learning.
We work closely with families, kindergartens and schools to deliver functional and meaningful therapy that fits into a family's everyday life.
About the Role
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist Contractor to join us for an immediate start due to growing demand.
This is a flexible role designed to support autonomy and work life balance. You will primarily work from home, with sessions delivered within the community including kindergartens and schools. Clinic rooms in Ravenhall are also available as needed for sessions, assessments or parent meetings.
What You Will Be Doing

Conducting speech and language assessments

Delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions

Writing reports and progress notes (NDIS experience highly regarded)

Liaising with families, educators and other professionals

Participating in ongoing professional learning and training
What We Are Looking For

Minimum 3 years of paediatric experience

CPSP with Speech Pathology Australia

NDIS experience
-
Current WWCC
-
ABN, professional indemnity and public liability insurance (we can help you set this up)

Willing to apply for a Medicare provider number

Able to see at least 15 clients per week

Your own computer, phone and car

Paid travel time plus $1 per km, in line with current government funding guidelines
