As a Nursery Room Leader, you will lead a close-knit team of educators, ensuring our children enjoy an inclusive, safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment that feels warm and welcoming to both the children and families. You’ll promote our ‘School ReadY’ program and manage compliance.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care
- Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
- Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
- Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
- Have previous experience in children services, developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-year-olds
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
