As part of Victoria’s largest Early Years Management provider, we’re proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day. We’re now looking for Casual Diploma Educators — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.
Where you’ll work
Across the busy Bendigo region there is a total of five services. In the nearby Mount Alexander region there are also five services.
What You’ll Do
- Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
- A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning
- Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
