You will be working across our Wood-Fired Pizza section and Pasta sections in an open kitchen over looking D'Albora Marina in the heart of Nelson Bay in a business that has a 21 year history.
We are looking for the right attitude along with the desire to create & see the vision of the establishment.
Having a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery, Advanced or Associate Diploma and minimum 3 years experience in fast paced venue will be helpful with your application.

The Details
Casual position with consistent roster most weeks so you know what you will be working from week to week & approx. 25min hours per week.
Must be willing to commit long term.
No short term or traveller positions available.
- Weekend & night work but with late starts
- Paid under the Restaurant award
- Great communication & ability to work in a team & always have each others back
Planning menus, estimating costs, and ordering supplies.
Preparing and cooking food, ensuring quality and presentation.
Implementing and enforcing hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
Must have valid Australian work rights and be eligible to work in NSW.
Current Food Safety Certificate would be an advantage
