We’re looking for a confident, articulate woman to support our marketing activity by personally engaging senior decision‑makers and inviting them to curated industry events, roundtables, and thought‑leadership initiatives. This is not a sales role. While the role includes clear goals and KPIs, there is no cold selling. Success is measured by engagement and attendance outcomes — and you’ll be recognised and rewarded for your wins. This role is about professional engagement, credibility, and relationship‑building.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Personally inviting C‑suite and senior executives to:
    • Private roundtables
    • Industry events
    • Curated thought‑leadership sessions
  • Engaging with executives via:
    • Phone
    • Email
    • LinkedIn
  • Managing RSVPs and attendance:
    • Confirming interest
    • Coordinating calendars
    • Gentle follow‑ups and reminders
  • Representing the brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.

This role is about opening conversations and creating awareness with the right people.

Who this role is perfect for:

  • Enjoys intelligent, professional conversations and is well spoken
  • Is confident speaking with senior leaders over the phone
  • Has strong communication and organisation skills
  • Wants flexible, meaningful work without sales pressure
  • Is returning to work after time away (including stay‑at‑home mums)
  • Has experience in corporate, admin, marketing, events, partnerships, EA, or client‑facing roles

Why people enjoy working with us:

  • Fully remote
  • Fully female team
  • Flexible hours (school‑friendly)
  • Short, focused campaigns (not endless grind)
  • Clear briefs, talking points, and support provided
  • Work that feels professional, respected, and genuinely valuable

Contract details:

  • Part‑time contract
  • 10–20 hours per week
  • Hourly rate based on experience
  • Initial 3‑month contract with opportunity to extend

How to apply:

Send a short message introducing yourself and your background. A CV is helpful, but how you communicate matters more than your title.
