Responsibilities:
- Oversees the harvest of horticultural crops, packing and storage of horticultural produce.
- Manage the output of the packing shed to cope with seasonal fluctuations in supply and demand.
- Supervises horticultural farming routines and day-to-day horticultural production activities.
- Provide training and supervision to a team of horticultural farm workers.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with business requirements.
Skills / Experience:
- Relevant Certificate IV or higher qualification.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt to job specific software.
