Fast-track your recruitment career with high-volume exposure to top-tier Australian construction, manufacturing, and project staffing sectors.

You will own the end-to-end talent sourcing, screening, and delivery process for high-volume blue-collar and project staffing roles across Australia. Operating in a fast-paced environment with 24–48 hour submission SLAs, you will directly manage candidate pools, drive strict site compliance, and assertively control candidate pipelines to keep placements moving.

What You’ll Do

  • High‑Volume Sourcing: Rapidly search internal databases (Bullhorn), job boards, and social channels to source trades, plant operators, civil, manufacturing, and project management talent.
  • Rigorous Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct targeted 15‑minute screens to evaluate ticket compliance, experience, pay expectations, and immediate availability under tight SLAs.
  • Assertive Candidate Management: Take firm control of candidate relationships, ensuring strict accountability around paperwork submission, site attendance, and shift reliability.
  • Compliance & Ticketing Verification: Collect, verify, and track site safety tickets, White Cards, licenses, inductions, and medicals to maintain zero non‑compliant starts.
  • Candidate Interview Prep: Brief and prepare candidates on client expectations, site conditions, pay rates, and interview performance without unnecessary administrative delay.
  • ATS & Data Integrity: Maintain complete, real‑time candidate notes and tracking within Bullhorn to power rapid re‑engagement for future roles.
  • Client & Account Coordination: Collaborate directly with onshore Australian Account Managers to present job‑ready shortlists and, as trust builds, manage direct client communication.

What You Bring

  • Experience & Certifications: 3–5+ years in high-volume blue-collar, trades, civil, construction, or labor-hire recruitment/resourcing.
  • Core Technical/Specialized Skills: Proficiency with Bullhorn CRM/ATS, Microsoft 365, job boards, and AI-driven sourcing/automation tools.
  • Background & Domain Expertise: Strong
