The Trustee for Daley & Younan Trust – Heidelberg VIC seeks a hands-on baker to support the production of sourdough breads and pastries. You will work closely with the Head Baker and Head Pastry chef to prepare and bake breads, croissants and pastries to a high standard.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of bakery experience, with a strong understanding of sourdough processes and excellent teamwork and time management abilities.
