The Trophy Superstore is a growing Trophy and Awards business. The business has recently expanded both within Brisbane and Interstate, and we are looking to add a dedicated Sales Assistant/Store Manager in our Underwood store. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering a high-quality in-store and remote experience for clients ordering trophies, awards, and custom products. The role will also require ordering of stock and management of inventory.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a strong knowledge of our products and services
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Manage and reply to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Manage inventory requirements and liaise with suppliers
- Provide quotes and basic product guidance (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable showroom
- Maintain the internal sales system ensuring that all orders are entered correctly and stock is ordered correctly
