How Standby Works
You register your availability, and we'll call or message you on the morning of the shift if a centre needs coverage. It's ideal for educators who want genuine flexibility and can be ready to head to a centre at short notice.
Who We're Looking For
Must be fully qualified with one of the following:
Early Childhood Teaching qualification
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Plus a current Working with Children Check (NSW) and First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certification (or willingness to obtain).
