I'm on the hunt for proper Business Analysts (real BA craft - not a "note taker") to join numerous projects I have on the boil at the moment. Utilities experience OR Insurance experience will help these teams.

What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end BA work: requirements gathering, workshops, stakeholder engagement
- Produce quality artefacts: BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows
- Get into the detail on integration requirements, including data analysis and mapping
- Translate complex business needs into clear, buildable requirements for delivery teams
What I'm looking for
- Strong BA experience in complex environments
- Confident communicator who can work with a strong Product Owner and senior stakeholders
- Solid documentation skills — you can write requirements that developers and testers actually thank you for
- Comfortable with data and integration conversations (mapping, flows, dependencies)
