The SunPork Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Leadership Team from our Eagle Farm Head Office. You will manage complex calendars, travel, and prepare executive documentation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office.
You will coordinate Board meetings, board packs and the portal, take accurate minutes, and maintain confidentiality with discretion.
