- Previous food & beverage experience in a high-end restaurant essential
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and memorable guest experiences
- Strong knowledge of premium wines and exceptional service standards
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
- Flexible availability with weekends essential
