What we are looking for
- Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment with strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Flexible with availability to meet varying venue operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Statement of Attainment
