Join The Star Gold Coast as an Experienced Dealer, where your expertise, accuracy, and engaging personality will deliver dynamic and exciting guest experiences. With formal training in a regulated casino environment, you’ll confidently manage game pace and complexity while maintaining integrity and security through strong game awareness and confidentiality.
You will deal games proficiently, report any potential security breaches, ensure tables are fully equipped and operational, and maintain knowledge of gaming rewards programs and promotions, all while building memorable connections with local, interstate, and international guests. For those who haven’t dealt recently, we offer a paid opportunity to refresh your skills and regain confidence before transitioning back onto the gaming floor.

What we are looking for:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to proficiently deal a range of casino table games
- Attention to detail & high level of concentration
- Flexible availability to work across a 24-hour/7-day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays
- Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough and ongoing background checks)
