We are happy to consider those currently completing a butchery apprenticeship and candidates with experience and holding a qualification in the industry.

We require a team player that is passionate about the meat industry.
Reliable and hard working
Well presented & customer service focused
Have a passion for learning a trade and willing to commit to completing an apprenticeship
Ability to work 5am starts essential, as is reliable transportation
