Settlement Services International (SSI Group) is seeking a Refugee & Disability Employment Consultant to join the Inclusive Employment Australia program. You will report to the Hubs Manager and collaborate with the Refugee Disability Employment Advocate and other teams to deliver holistic, participant-centred employment services.
You will work directly with referred job seekers to identify their goals and support them to overcome barriers using a strengths-based approach, guiding them through.
