Manage food costs, labour, stock, ordering and kitchen performance
Keep food safety, compliance and kitchen standards sharp
Work closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team

What You’ll Bring
- You’re an experienced Head Chef or a seriously strong Sous Chef ready for the next challenge.
- You know how to lead a high volume kitchen, manage the numbers and still care about what goes over the pass.
