Role Requirements
- Ensure all meals are cooked to perfection according to our recipe & plating guides, served on time, and of the highest quality.
- Manage kitchen operations alongside the head chef, including staff allocation and general kitchen management.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
- Showcase your culinary skills across all kitchen stations, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to standards.
- Keep the kitchen and stock holding areas clean and organised while prioritizing occupational health and safety and food hygiene.

Successful Candidates Will Possess:
- Demonstrated experience in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.

- Commitment to upholding brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.
- An energetic attitude, team player approach, and strong work ethic.
- Availability across a variety of shifts on a rotating 7-day roster, with flexibility for school timetables or second jobs.
