The Southern Bar, Gaming & Bistro is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Casual Duty Manager to join our team. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the venue, lead and support staff during shifts, and provide friendly, professional customer service while ensuring responsible service and gaming requirements are followed. You will help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our local community.

About you
- Current South Australian Responsible Person (RP) badge
- Current and up-to-date South Australian gaming training requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, gaming or a supervisory/duty management role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage a venue
- Availability across a 7-day roster
- A genuine interest in working within a local community environment
- Previous Duty Manager or supervisory experience (desirable)
- Experience working in a gaming venue (desirable)

The Southern Bar, Gaming & Bistro is a local community venue where locals come together, including for regular 8 Ball competitions and other community activities. We are a not-for-profit community club run by Squash SA supporting Squash, Racquetball and Squash 57 in South Australia.
