Dental Receptionist / Treatment Co-Ordinator - The Smile Collective Strathmore
We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Treatment Co-Ordinator to join our vibrant team at The Smile Collective's practice in Strathmore, Victoria. This part-time role will see you playing a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care and supporting the smooth running of our dental clinic.
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and managing the front-of-house experience
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Handling patient enquiries and booking requests via phone, email and in-person
Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
Assisting with billing, payment processing and insurance claims
Supporting the dental team with various administrative tasks
Fostering positive relationships with patients and promoting the practice
What we're looking for
Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing healthcare role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm, friendly and professional service
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using practice management software and standard office applications
A positive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
A passion for providing high-quality patient care
