We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys creating a positive experience for patients from their very first interaction. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manage patient appointments, provide fee information and deliver exceptional service to patients and their families.
- Accurate patient billing and daily banking reconciliation.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
- Working closely with Doctors, administration and nursing staff.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.

- Processing payments using a billing system.
- Experience with health fund billing.
- Experience with theatre bookings.
- Ensuring a smooth clinic flow of patients.
