Are you a commercially minded Marketing Manager who loves rolling up your sleeves, building brands and making things happen?
We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Manager to join our client's growing FMCG business on the Gold Coast.
This is an exciting opportunity for a true marketing all-rounder who thrives on variety, loves a fast-paced environment and wants to make a genuine impact.
Working directly with the Founder and alongside a close-knit team of six, you'll have the freedom to bring ideas to life, take ownership of campaigns and help shape the next stage of our growth.
The Opportunity
This isn't a role where you'll be managing layers of agencies or sitting in endless meetings. We're looking for someone who can think strategically and execute brilliantly.
You'll be across everything from digital campaigns and e Commerce to brand development, content, promotions and marketing performance.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.
- Managing digital marketing activity across Meta, Google, email and other key channels.
- Taking ownership of our e Commerce presence, ideally with experience in Shopify.
- Planning and coordinating product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Creating engaging content and working with creative partners where needed.
- Tracking campaign performance, analysing results and identifying opportunities to improve ROI.
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table and turning them into action.
- Working closely with the Founder to drive brand and business growth.
About You
You're a strong marketing generalist who is equally comfortable developing a marketing strategy, launching a digital campaign, reviewing sales performance or jumping into Shopify to make something happen.
Ideally, you'll bring
- Proven marketing experience, preferably within FMCG, consumer brands, retail or e Commerce.
- Strong digital campaign management skills and a solid understanding of performance marketing.
- Experience with Shopify and e Commerce platforms (highly regarded).
- Confidence using data and analytics to measure what's working.
- A creative mindset combined with commercial thinking.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine willingness to get involved.
