About you
- Previous experience as a Chef in a busy bistro, pub, restaurant, or similar venue
- Strong experience working on grill and pan stations
- Experience catering for functions and events
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Reliable, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
