We're looking for an experienced, qualified landscaper who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working alongside a great team and wants to be part of a growing company.
About the Role
You'll be working alongside our experienced Foremen and Project Manager to deliver premium residential landscape projects.
We're looking for someone who can work confidently and independently, contribute to the team and help maintain the high standards we're known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all aspects of structural and soft landscaping.
- Read and interpret landscape construction plans.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality finishes.
- Assist with organising materials, equipment and daily tasks.
- Support and mentor apprentices where required.
- Maintain clean, organised and safe worksites.
- Communicate effectively with your Foreman and fellow team members.
- Take ownership of your workmanship and ensure tasks are completed correctly.
What We're Looking For
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent trade qualification.
- Previous experience in residential landscape construction.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and motivated.
- Current driver's licence and White Card.
- Machinery experience highly regarded.
