About the Role:
An opportunity for a talented, values-driven Casual Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members. Reporting to the Area Manager, this casual role is based in Bendigo, VIC, and requires flexibility to work across our Bendigo (Whip Court), Kangaroo Flat, Strath Hill, and Epsom Salvos Stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices
- Sort, price and prepare donations for sale.
- Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentation
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
- Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure
- Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures
- Demonstrate TSA core values in all work related activities
About You:
- Retail sales experience - highly regarded but not essential
- Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results
- Alignment with our values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity
- High energy, hands-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends
- Preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area
