The Salvation Army Salvos Stores is seeking an Area Manager to lead a network of retail stores across Vic North/ACT areas, based in the Greater Bendigo Region. This permanent, full-time role blends retail leadership with purpose-driven work that funds life-changing programs run by The Salvation Army.
You will inspire and coach Store Managers, collaborate with the Regional Manager, drive KPIs including sales, safety and eCommerce, and oversee openings, refurbishments and volunteer recruitment.
