This is a hands-on marketing role where you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that promote our services, showcase completed projects, and generate new business opportunities. You will work closely with management and site teams to capture project content and translate it into compelling marketing material.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up to date, engaging, and SEO-optimised
Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation
Create, manage, and report on digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels
Capture high-quality photography and video content on construction sites and completed projects
Edit visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Produce marketing materials including case studies, project showcases, and social media content
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights to management
Support brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of website management (CMS platforms preferred)
Proven knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Ability to develop, manage, and report on marketing strategies
Experience in photography and videography, ideally in a commercial or construction environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom or similar)
