Maintainaccurateinventoryandstorageofcleaningchemicals,supplies, kitchenconsumables,andoperatingequipment

Manageproperstorage,trackingandupkeepofkitchenequipmentand crockery,ensuringavailabilityandaccountabilityacrossalloutlets

Create and manage breakage reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to reduce loss

Keepthoroughrecordsandreportsforauditandcompliancepurposes,ensuringreadinessforinternalandexternalinspections

Championsafechemicalhandling,WHScomplianceandfoodsafety practiceswithinstewardingoperations

Train,develop,and motivatestewardingteam members todeliverexcellence with pride and discipline

Collaborate with Culinary and Engineering teams to ensure all back-of-house areas and equipment are clean, functional, and service-ready
