A Day in the Role Will See You:
- Coordinate daily workshop activities, allocating jobs and balancing technician workloads.
- Oversee agricultural machinery servicing, repairs and pre-delivery inspections.
- Provide practical technical support with fault-finding, diagnostics and complex repairs.
- Monitor job progress and address issues affecting turnaround times.
- Guide and support technicians, helping build their capability and confidence.
- Check completed work to maintain quality and reduce repeat repairs.
- Coordinate parts requirements to help technicians complete work efficiently.
- Keep relevant team members informed of progress, delays and changing priorities.
- Promote safe work practices and maintain an organised workshop.
