What you'll be doing:
- Lead from the front and create a high‐energy, inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed
- Be hands‐on in your approach, supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution
- Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets
- Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience
- Develop and inspire your tam to grow into confident, capable retail leaders
- Keep it safe by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment
- Problem‐solve day‐to‐day challenges with confidence and calm
