An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join one of Newcastle's leading real estate agencies. You will manage an established residential portfolio, transitioning towards approximately 220-240 properties, with full 360-degree property management responsibilities. No new business development is required. Attractive $120,000 total remuneration package, inclusive of base salary, superannuation and either a car allowance or company vehicle, offering exceptional value for an experienced Senior Property Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships professionally
- Coordinate landlord and tenant liaisons, re-lets, inspections and maintenance
- Handle arrears, lease renewals, vacates and compliance
- Complete tribunal preparation and tribunal attendance
- Ensure properties are managed efficiently and to a high standard
- Take ownership of your portfolio and deliver outstanding client service
About you
- Proven experience managing 150+ residential properties, ideally 200+
- Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Experience across all aspects of end-to-end property management
- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A valid driver's licence
- A professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach
