- Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Governance Officer
- Maintain governance records, registers and documentation, including risks, issues, decisions and actions;
- Advise project teams and stakeholders on governance processes and support effective decision-making; &
- Help develop and improve governance frameworks, policies, procedures and guidance.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven Governance and Secretariat experience;
- Ability to advise project teams and stakeholders on governance processes; &
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
