About the Role - Administrator with Property Management (Bilingual - English & Chinese)
- Assisting with rental management (maintenance/repair focus).
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the features and functions of our property management operational systems and technology platform
- Liaising with rental management categorised services team & property management groups
- Providing outstanding day-to-day office operational support
The ideal candidate will possess the following
- Customer service-centric, positve and collaborative spirit
- Multitask ability and strong organisational and execution skills
- Attention to details and a people person
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge
- Administration experience is desirable, open to fresh graduate
- Valid visa with no restriction to full time work right
